Most people entering the cleaning & restoration field start out with the same lofty goals. Lets face it! Everyone goes into this business with the same mindset. "I'll start out with one truck, but have two by year's end. In five years, I'll run a multi-truck operation from the comfort of my office in the local industrial park!"

With all the talk of an upcoming recession and in light of the recent tragedies our Nation has faced, I know many carpet cleaners are concerned, if not downright worried, about the future of their firms. On top of all of this, Winter 2002 is fast approaching.
