The goal being to create an ideal formula for a perfect end product. I will also be the first to admit, with my 30 plus years in the industry, that I have had my share of hair pulling major disasters.

It will set the standard for others to follow and we thank you for developing it. My second thought is: "I'm not sure whether to thank you or kick your butt for asking me to do an article on chemicals!" :-)
